Yamgo TV is a mobile TV service that allows you to watch the best live television and the most exciting videos on your mobile phone.

3. How much does it cost to watch Yamgo Mobile TV?

Yamgo provides free-to-view mobile TV and video service. However, your network operator will charge you for data. We strongly recommend you have a flat-rate data plan or use WiFi since streaming can use a lot of data. Depending on your jurisdiction, you might also need a TV license for your jurisdiction.  

4. How can I connect to Yamgo live mobile TV?

You can connect over any mobile phone network (GPRS, EDGE, 3G, 3.5G) or a WiFi connection, which means you can watch live mobile TV on your Smartphone, iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad and the majority of other mobile devices. The faster your connection, the higher the quality of video stream you will receive.

5. Does Yamgo work on my phone?

6. Do I have to register to watch mobile TV?

Not for all channels, but for some! Either way, we recommend that you register. Simply sign uptoday. If you sign up on a computer on yamgo.com and you enter your mobile phone number, we'll send a text link directly to your phone and you can start watching TV and video free. Alternatively you can navigate your mobile browser to www.yamgo.mobi and sign up on your phone. But remember it's easier to sign up online and you'll also get a text link free that you simply click and it takes you directly to Yamgo Mobile TV. Please note that this text simply contains the mobile url yamgo.mobi but no software or settings. You do not need the text message to watch Yamgo Mobile TV.  

7. Why do I need to provide my mobile phone number?

When you sign up on yamgo.com, Yamgo will send a link directly to your mobile phone.

Please read our privacy policy. Alternatively you can sign up directly from your phone and we will not require your mobile phone number. We only need it to send you a text link if you register on your PC, MAC or Linux based mobile device.

8. How much space will Yamgo take up on my mobile phone?

The Yamgo service streams live TV directly to your mobile phone and does not require any software downloads. Therefore using Yamgo to enjoy free mobile TV won't take up space on your device. However, if your phone does not support mobile streaming, you may have the option to download video clips. The size of each video will be indicated when you initiate the download and ranges from 100kb to 5mb, depending on the length of video.

9. How can I let my friends know about Yamgo?

You can share the Yamgo experience with friends using our free send-to- friend play links feature and by using the social bookmarks found on our site. Remember it's free to send links!

10. Do I need a TV license?

This depends on your jurisdiction. In some jurisdictions you might need a TV license to watch some of the channels. 

11. Can I watch any channel anywhere?

The majority of channels on the Yamgo network are available worldwide, however, some channels are restricted to certain countries. Yamgo is currently negotiating to add many more global live channels but content rights restrictions mean we can't always offer live TV worldwide.

12. What can I do if I haven’t received the free text link?

The free text contains a link to yamgo.mobi – this means if you have received the text, you can just click on the link and will be taken directly to the Yamgo Mobile TV site. However, if you have not received the link, you can just type yamgo.mobi into your phone’s browser bar. Please note that the text does not contain any settings or software. The text is not needed in any way to watch TV or video on Yamgo. It is simply a text that means you do not have to type the url.

13. Can I save the streaming link?

The streaming links change frequently and therefore we do not recommend that you save the actual streaming link. However, you can bookmark yamgo.mobi and from there you can always access your favourite channel.
