Yamgo may screen your video clips or showreel online
to help promote your skills and profile. Content you submit must
be owned by you and you must have all the necessary clearances to
grant Yamgo the right to show your content. This is a free service
and we do not charge anything to join the Extreme Sports Register.
If you can do some do at least one extreme sport to a high standard
or can film extreme sports you can join. |

Terms and Conditions
Definitions:
A. Registrant – means the person named when completing the extreme
sports register submission form.
B. Registrants profile - means Information you provide in the submission
form
C. Distribution partners – means any company that Yamgo Ltd has
agreements with to distribute, promote, advertise or sell digital content.
By joining the extreme sports register and submitting content
the registrant:
- Grants Yamgo Ltd and its distribution partners the non-exclusive
right to screen any video clips or show pictures in any medium for the
purpose of promoting the registrant, the registrant's work, Yamgo and
the Extreme Sports Register.
- Warrants that they have acquired the rights and the clearances necessary
for granting of rights to Yamgo and its distribution partners and that
nothing in the film or pictures is libellous or defamatory or infringes
on the performer's right, property rights, copyright, privacy rights
or any other right whatsoever of any third party.
- Warrants that any music included in the content is cleared for use
as envisaged hereunder and no payments will be required by Yamgo Ltd
or any third party in relation to music included in the content.
- Warrants that no sums are payable by Yamgo or its distribution partners
to any person whatsoever with respect to screening or showing the film
for the purposes outlined in Clause 1.
- Warrants that all persons appearing in the content are able to give
and have given full consent to participation and to exploitation of
the rights in the content envisaged hereunder.
- Yamgo reserves the right to edit show reels for the purposes outlined
in clause 1.
- Indemnifies Yamgo and its distribution partners against any loss
or damages occurring out of failure to gain the appropriate clearances,
defamation of another person etc.
- Agrees that Yamgo Ltd is not responsible for any loss or damage to
films. Yamgo will not return any tapes, DVD or CD submitted.
- Agrees that this licence is subject to the laws of England and the
parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
- Understands that Yamgo respects the registrant's privacy and personal
contact details (address and telephone number) will not be disclosed
to third parties and Yamgo do not send unsolicited emails. We respect
